Turning real-time insight into healthier, longer lives

At Kyros Project, healthspan means helping people live healthier, more active and fulfilling lives – not simply adding more years to life.

Our methodology is grounded in four evidence-based pillars:

  • Cellular health and resilience
  • Metabolic flexibility
  • Musculoskeletal health
  • Cardiometabolic fitness and aerobic capacity

Through advanced point-of-care assessments, our experienced wellness clinicians build a real-time picture of how each person is functioning across these interconnected pillars. Combining objective insights with expert clinical reasoning and an understanding of the individual’s health, lifestyle and goals, we create personalised exercise, nutrition, recovery and lifestyle strategies.

Progress can then be measured, reviewed and refined – turning health data into practical action and supporting meaningful, sustainable outcomes in the real world.
Our methodology has been shaped by decades of experience across active ageing, workplace wellbeing and elite sport.

From helping an older adult remain active and independent to strengthening workplace resilience or extending an athlete’s competitive career, our purpose remains the same: to improve human performance today while building the foundations for a healthier future.

Active Ageing

At Auriens London, our work focused on “Reversing Key Biomarkers of Ageing in Residents Over 75 Years”, demonstrating how carefully designed interventions can support active ageing, independence and quality of life.

Workplace Resilience

At Google DeepMind, we focused on strengthening wellbeing, resilience and opportunities for creative thought among some of the world’s brightest minds. This demonstrates how personalised, evidence-based strategies can help people manage sustained workplace pressure and continue performing at their best.

Elite Sport

Our work in elite sport, spanning Pro-Cycling, The Americas Cup, English Football and the NBA has demonstrated how personalised, evidence-based strategies can strengthen athlete resilience, improve availability, reduce injury risk and support sustained performance throughout demanding competitive seasons.

Global Healthspan

At the Global Healthspan Summit in Riyadh, Kyros Project designed, curated and delivered an immersive healthspan journey. Combining a purpose-built VVIP clinic, real-time testing, an expert clinical team and a dedicated digital app, the experience translated complex health insights into an engaging, realtime and personalised journey for participants.

The experience received international media coverage:
